Based on this research, there is an official opinion of the American Association of Massage Therapies that “massage therapy can help reduce the symptoms of anxiety.”
Massage therapy can reduce feelings of anxiety:

Relieves muscle tension and pain
Activation of the pregeneal anterior cingulate cortex – the part of the brain where we experience feelings of happiness.

Professional massage – Treat yourself to a relaxed Swedish massage every few weeks or every month as a deep tissue massage. We can help you with that!
Self-massage – Treat yourself to a massage at home. Use your hands and use a foam roller or tennis ball in places that are tight or difficult to reach. If you want a painless, painless approach, use a lacrosse ball.
