Drop forged chains manufactured by Kasin are made of high grade alloy steel and heat treated. The links can be reworked with weld-on attachments and scrapers. The following table shows various types of drop forged chains. The respective breaking loads and core/surface hardness are based on 42CrMo4 material. Other types are available upon request.
KASIN chains are designed for chain conveyor system. There are different types of conveyor chains, inculding hollow bearing pin chain, solid bearing pin chain, deep link chain and drop forged chain.
