What we want to do
I can say. you are here because you want to install your PHP wowonder script in a server running Nginx server software and somehow you find this is really difficult to do by yourself if you don't know much about Nginx configuration and rewrite rules. mostly we face these types of problems because when our site SEO or pretty URL don't work correctly because we don't know how to set up set rewrite rules in Nginx. in apache our site work just fine because apache uses the .htaccess file to set URL rules.
Please forgive me because I'm also a newbie like most of you out there. this is the reason I'm using the simplest language just because I can't pretend I'm an "Expert" in anything. because I'm not really. I'm just your online friend who wants to help you.
so what I'm saying.
Ohh yes.
as we already talked about the problem.
we face these types of problems most of the time when we try to install wowonder in VPS servers such as aws, google cloud, digitalocean, etc.. etc.. blah blah..
The point is that there is a problem that needs to be fixed and blow is your solution. but 1st let me tell you one more time I'm not an expert in anything. and if you have any better solution please don't insult me because I'm not claiming myself to be anything.
So let's start. 1st we need to install apache. because we will use Nginx as a proxy server for our website.
1. run {apt install apache2}. and after that please change the default port of the apache server by editing a few lines in /etc/apache2/ports.conf

comment every line in ports.conf file just leave 1 line which starts with listen but by default listen port is set to 80 you can change it to port according to your choice. edit and save the file. and exit.
2. now run {systemctl reload apache2} to reload your apache installation.
3. now make an apache config file as normally make for port 80 but set it up to listen port 81 or as your choice.
