Some MMOs take a tough position in fighting AFK (away away from the keyboard) players, while limiting the time one can remain inactive before taking them offline to Elyon Gold allow another person to use the space available on a server. With Luminus Battles and crafting (as I mentioned in my review currently in process), Elyon actively encourages players to log into their accounts while away from their computers.

The final thing I do before heading to work is to begin my Luminus battle for the day. When I eat dinner or go out to go on errands, my character create a craft using the items I've gathered from searching. Even as I write this review, Elyon is running in the background, with my character auto fishing.As a casual player I'm not terribly enamored of the AFK components. I'm not sure I'll ever be on highest of the leaderboards and there's no doubt that hardcore players will always possess a more powerful set of gear than I will acquire in the amount of time I can play.

But, Luminus battles and crafting gives me the impression that I'm not spending my time playing Elyon in a time-bound schedule. Whatever the gold and XP gains are, I'm constantly growing my character as long as I log in to begin my AFK tasks. And, when I do find the time to play for longer periods I don't need to spend all of my time collecting because I have that additional cache of resources available to use.

It's gone! The line from the South Park episode haunts me as I strive to upgrade my equipment in Elyon. Acquiring the best in slot gear isn't as easy as repeatedly running through a dungeon until a specific piece of equipment is finally shown up in the final chest. The identical gear tiers that you'll find in every MMO that are common, rare, rare, heroic, and legendary. You can also choose from blue Elyon Gold buy, white, green as well as gold If you're more interested in colors. Although each tier may be more powerful than the one that is below it, at the end there are times when that's not the case.
