Reading books. I love reading and will often indulge myself in a good book when I'm stressed out. It's an easy way to escape from the world around me, even if it is only for a little while.

Listening to music. Music has always been my go-to form of relief when I'm feeling stressed. There are so many genres that can help you relax or focus on your studying, whatever your mood may be at the time!

Get enough sleep

Sleep deprivation can cause you to become irritable, unfocused, and have difficulty with problem solving. It can also lead to mood swings. Here are some tips for getting a good night's sleep:

- Make your bedroom a place of peace: turn off the TV, radio, or computer at least an hour before bedtime. - Develop a routine: go to bed at the same time every night so that your body gets used to it.

Eat healthy

It's important to eat a healthy diet, so that you can keep your energy levels up, focus on your work, and maintain your health.

Exercising can be a great way to fight stress. Even just a 10-minute walk can help you feel better. The key is picking an exercise that you enjoy doing, so you’ll stick with it. Some people like lifting weights, others prefer yoga or running. Whatever feels right for your body is what you should do! If nothing else, try taking a few deep breaths and stretching your muscles when you feel stressed out.
