A user can change the login password of the Tp-link Extender only after the setup process but during the setup process, a user has to use the default login credentials. The default username of the tplinkrepeater.net login window is “admin” and while applying the default password, a user has to leave the password field blank. Click on the login button and you will reach the Setup Wizard of the Tp-link Extender. A user can also recover the login password if he forgets it. The only condition applies that a user must have enabled the Password Recovery feature from the web management window of the Tp-link Extender.
