Faislabad is the third-largest city in the Pakistani province of Punjab. The city is the headquarters of Faislabad District and is located in the Pir Panjal Range. Faislabad is Pakistan's 15th-largest metropolitan area, with a population of over 3.6 million. It is the 18th-largest city by population in Pakistan.
2. Faisal Town Phase 2 – Payment Plan
Faisal Town is a planned residential area in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. The area is named after the late King Faisal of Saudi Arabia. It is located on the Faisalabad Road, about 15 kilometers (9.3 mi) from the city center. Faisal Town is divided into two phases. Phase 1 covers an area of 1,335 acres (5.4 km2) while Phase 2 covers an area of 2,000 acres (8.1 km2).
The first phase of Faisal Town was developed in the 1980s and comprises Sectors A to G. The second phase of Faisal Town was developed in the 1990s and comprises Sectors H to R.
The main commercial area in Faisal Town is Phase 2, which has a number of shopping malls, restaurants and cafes. There are also a number of parks and green areas in the town.
Faisal Town is well-connected to the rest of Lahore via a network of roads and highways. The Faisalabad Road connects the town to the city center, while the Lahore-Islamabad Motorway (M-2) runs through the town.
The town is also served by a number of public transport options, including buses and minibuses.
