If you are a Mac owner and using Outlook on your Mac device but facing issues like Outlook Mac search not working, then ensure that your Outlook Profile or any of its parent's folders aren't located in the 'Privacy' tab of 'Spotlight.' If your Outlook Profile or any of its parent folders are displayed in the 'Spotlight Privacy' tab, the search will not work. So, remove them from the privacy tab of the spotlight and try again.
