1. Introduction to rubber precision preformer equipment


The rubber precision preformer is a high-efficiency and high-precision rubber preform production equipment. It is highly adaptable to various rubber materials and can produce various shapes, such as rings, rectangles and cylinders. The rubber precision preformer is suitable for the production of rubber blanks for all areas of rubber, e.g. seals, oil seals, valves, plugs, shock absorbers, etc. The weight of the finished blanks is extremely uniform, without air bubbles and without laps. The weight of the preform can be accurately adjusted to ±0.2 g. After the preform has been vulcanised, there is basically no water spout, or the water spout is as thin as a cicada's wing, which can be easily handled. 

(1) Introduction to the rubber precision preformer structure 

The rubber precision preformer consists of a plunger extrusion unit and a rubber preform cutting unit mounted on the head, mainly equipped with the following key components. 

The hydraulic system of the rubber precision preformer is equipped with a high pressure gear pump and a YUKEN flow valve imported from Japan, so that the extrusion speed of the rubber material remains constant before and after the machine is used, i.e. the extrusion speed is stable and the weight of the product is balanced and can be accurate to ±0.1 gram. 

The rubber precision preformer barrel: a robust chrome alloy barrel that retains its original shape and dimensions even after decades of high temperatures, friction, extrusion pressure and suction by vacuum. This ensures that there are no gaps between the piston and the barrel wall during the extrusion process, which is another guarantee of a constant extrusion speed.

Rubber precision preformer vacuum system: The fully sealed vacuum system ensures that there is no air in the extrusion barrel, the mould and the rubber to be extruded, ensuring that the volume of the extruded rubber is accurate. 

Rubber precision preformer heating system: water circulation heating with digital temperature control ensures a constant temperature in the head and barrel. 

Rubber precision preformer cutting device: the preformer head is equipped with a surface cutting system with adjustable speed according to the flow of the rubber, with a ZUI high speed of 400 rpm for a single knife. 

Rubber precision preformer electrical control: both LCD flat computer control and manual control are available.

The rubber precision preformer pneumatic unit is used to control the opening and closing of the machine head.

When the rubber precision preformer is in operation, first turn on the power supply, air compression valve and water circulation switch, wait for the machine to warm up to the set temperature, then open the head and load the preheated and rolled rubber from the front of the barrel, then close the head, draw vacuum, set the extrusion speed and cutting speed, start extruding and cutting, after measuring and adjusting, you can get the weight you want After measuring and adjusting, you get the exact weight of the rubber preform you want.
