Gluco Freeze does Trybz teach? Trybz has several main programs offered to regular the youngsters. They have a combined martial arts program discussing Fitness, grappling, wrestling, jiu-jutsu, and kick boxing. They have a weapons only class functions mostly Japanese weapons. In addition have a tribal mma program to get more off-line. This art is called, "Akumu-Ryu Bujutsu", which translates to "nightmare warrior tradition".
