Water level sensor is a device that measures the high or low level of a liquid in a fixed vessel. According to the method of liquid level measurement, there are two types of contact and non-contact.

What is a level sensor? A level sensor is a device used to monitor, maintain, and measure the level of a liquid (and sometimes a solid). Once the liquid level is detected, the sensor converts the perceived data into an electrical signal. 1, floating ball liquid level sensor

The floating ball type liquid level sensor consists of magnetic floating ball, measuring conduit, signal unit, electronic unit, junction box and mounting parts. Generally, the magnetic floating ball has a specific gravity of less than 0.5 and can float above the liquid level and move up and down the measuring tube. The tube is equipped with a measuring element, which can convert the measured liquid level signal into a resistance signal proportional to the change of the liquid level under the action of external magnetism, and convert the electronic unit into 4 ~ 20mA or other standard signal output. The transmitter is a modular circuit, with acid resistance, moistureproof, shockproof, anti-corrosion and other advantages, the circuit contains constant current feedback circuit and internal protection circuit, can make the output maximum current is not more than 28mA, thus can reliably protect the power supply and make the secondary instrument is not damaged.

2, buoy liquid level sensor

Buoy type liquid level sensor is a magnetic float ball to buoy, it is designed according to Archimedes buoyancy principle. The pontoon liquid level sensor uses tiny metal film strain sensing technology to measure liquid level, boundary level or density. It can carry out routine setting operation through the field button when working. The sensor works on the principle of hydrostatic pressure measurement. It generally uses silicon pressure sensor to measure the pressure into electrical signals, and then through the amplifier circuit amplification and compensation circuit compensation, and finally to 4 ~ 20mA or 0 ~ 10mA current output.
