Nowhera Shaik is a true visionary who does everything with full consciousness and purpose. One of her primary accomplishments was to improve girls' education, and as she grew older, so did her perspective on the world and her understanding of women's unfairness. As a result of her previous realisations of engagement in issues affecting women, she founded the All India Mahila Empowerment Party (AIMEP), a political party with the slogan "JUSTICE FOR HUMANITY." 

The only way to create sustainable change, according to Dr. Nowhera, is to organise as a movement, make things clear, and demand that the authorities ensure women's rights and gender justice. The organisation, which goes by the name JUSTICE FOR HUMANITY, leaves plenty of room for scepticism.

Nowhera Shaik is also the founder and president of the All India Mahila Empowerment Party , which is linked with the Justice for Humanity banner and was created in 2017. She is the lifetime Vice-President of the International Human Rights Association's women's chapter.

Nowhera Shaik founded her business to aid her in her charitable endeavours. Individuals generally start businesses and then donate to social and charitable organisations after they are profitable. Serving the poor, particularly in the areas of education and health, promoting scholastic and Islamic education among women, improving the quality of life of downtrodden Muslims, promoting and enhancing trade in an Islamic manner, and establishing business enterprises that can be used to carry out social activities and support charity work are just a few of her goals.
