Steps for installation solar panels:
1. Battery test:
The battery test is to classify the battery by measuring its output parameters (current and voltage). In order to improve the utilization rate of the battery and make qualified battery modules.
2. Front welding:
The welding machine can spot weld the welding strip on the main grid line in the form of multiple points. The heat source for welding is an infrared lamp. The length of the welding strip is about twice the side length of the battery.
3. Back tandem connection:
The operator uses a soldering iron and solder wire to weld the front electrode (negative electrode) of the "front battery" to the back electrode (positive electrode) of the "rear battery", so that 36 pieces are connected in series and leads are welded to the positive and negative electrodes of the assembly string.
4. Laminated laying:
After the back is connected in series and passed the inspection, the assembly string, glass, cut EVA, glass fiber and back plate are laid in a certain layer for lamination. The glass is pre coated with reagent.
5. Component lamination:
Put the laid battery into the laminating machine, extract the air from the module by vacuuming, and then heat it to melt the EVA to bond the battery, glass and backplane together; Finally, cool down and take out the components.
6. Trimming:
During lamination, EVA melts and then extends outward to form burrs due to pressure, so it should be cut off after lamination.
7. Framing:
It is similar to installing a frame for glass;
8. Welding junction box:
Weld a box at the lead on the back of the assembly.
9. High voltage test:
Test the voltage resistance and insulation strength of components.
10. Component test:
The purpose of the test is to calibrate the output power of the battery, test its output characteristics, and determine the quality level of the components.
