There's a lot of debate around whether or not you can freeze bacon. Some people say it turns into a disgusting, chewy mess, while others claim that it freezes just fine and tastes the same as when it was fresh. Well, I'm here to tell you that you CAN freeze bacon, and it actually turns out quite well!

Here's how to do it: first, make sure your bacon is completely thawed before cooking. You don't want to cook frozen bacon because it will likely not cook evenly and could potentially be dangerous. Next, cook your bacon however you like best - I recommend either frying or baking. Once the bacon is cooked, let it cool completely before freezing. I usually wrap mine in wax paper or parchment paper then put them in a freezer-safe bag.

When you're ready to eat the frozen bacon, simply take it out of the freezer and microwave for a few seconds until thawed. Voila - perfectly cooked bacon every time!
