Chips are addictive and deliciously crunchy. Most of you find it easier to just open a packet and munch on your favourite potato chips. While they are surely delicious and satisfying, it brings on a lot of calories together. You sure feel guilty after eating a pocket full of potato chips. If you are someone who loves it and think there is nothing that can beat potato chips, we’ve got you 4 healthy chips recipes to make you forget the potato chips. Yes, chips can be healthy too!

 

BAKED ZUCCHINI CHIPS

You need:

¼ cup of bread crumbs

¼ cup of parmesan cheese

1/4tsp Garlic powder, pepper and salt as per taste.

2tbsps Olive oil

¼ cup Almond milk

2 cups of zucchini cut into rounds.

 

Toss all the ingredients and give them a mix. Preheat the oven and grease the baking tray. Spread the mixed zucchini chips on the tray and let them bake for 30 minutes. Let them cool.

 

CRISPY BEETROOT CHIPS

You need:

8 medium beets

3 tbsps olive oil

1 tbsp kosher salt

1 tbsp pepper

Tbsps dried chives

 

Wash beetroot under cold water and cut it into very thin slices. Grease the baking tray in a preheated oven and spread the beetroot slices on it. Drizzle olive oil. Bake the chips for ten to fifteen minutes and sprinkle chives and salt. Give it a mix and let it cool.

 

SPICY CARROT CHIPS

You need:

2 carrots, peeled

½ tbsp coconut oil

A pinch of kosher salt

½ tsp pepper

½ tsp peri powder

 

Preheat the oven to 425degrees. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and spread them on a baking tray. Bake for not more than 10 minutes. Remove asap and let them cool down.

 

Apple chips

You need:

2 Apples, thinly sliced

1tsp cinnamon powder

1tsp ginger powder

1tsp nutmeg and allspice

1tsp butter

Preheat the oven and bake the chips for about 30 minutes.

 

Tips:

Use a very sharp knife

While you spread the chips in the baking tray, make sure they do not overlap each other.

Flip the chips in between

Store the leftovers in airtight containers.

 

So if you are bored of the regular potato chips and tired of consuming extra calories through that packet of potato chips, You won’t stop once you pop these crispy and delicious chips. They are healthier and more delicious.
