Kingdom Valley Islamabad master plan
Kingdom Valley Islamabad is a world-class master-planned development that will be the first of its kind in Pakistan. The development will be located just outside the capital city of Islamabad and will cover an area of over 4,000 acres.

Kingdom Valley Islamabad NOC
In order to obtain a NOC from the Capital Development Authority (CDA), please submit the following documents:
1. An application on the prescribed form available from the CDA website;
2. A copy of the lease agreement or allotment letter;
3. The latest tax paid receipt;
4. An attested copy of the sale deed, if applicable;
5. The layout plan of the proposed development; and
6. Any other relevant document(s).
After receipt of the above-mentioned documents, your application will be processed and forwarded to the concerned department for further action. Please note that all applications are processed in chronological order and may take up to four weeks to be completed.
