A W.L.L. (With a Limited Liability Company) is one of the most common corporate forms used by foreign investors. A W.L.L. firm can be defined as a company having a maximum of 50 partners in plain English. Except for their deposited share money, none of them seems to be liable. According to Qatari law, any business investor wishing to establish a firm in Bahrain must first obtain the necessary permits from the Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Tourism (M.O.I.C.T.).The minimum capital for a limited liability corporation is usually determined by the company's goals.
