It is sand that is sieved in certain proportions, provided that its percentage in foam concrete is 40%, and sand makes foam concrete more coherent, and increases its resistance to insulation, fire and various weather factors, and it must undergo certain tests to ensure its quality and free from any impurities.

water
Water is an important component of foam concrete; In it, the materials are mixed and reacted to obtain a foamy cement mixture, and it is added to the concrete after undergoing several tests; To ensure that the proportion of (W/C) is measured from 50%-60%, and the water can be increased or decreased according to the additives, the degree of concrete required, and its fluidity.

Foaming materials
Air bubbles similar to shampoo bubbles are produced; It is mixed with the foam concrete parts, to make it light, and to increase its production quantity. Foam materials can be added in more than one way, provided it does not exceed 10%, by adding artificial, organic, or protein foams in certain proportions, or by producing and preparing them in advance to a mixture, then adding them to a mixture. Cement, sand and water, or the use of chemicals that cause reactions and the formation of bubbles, or the use of materials that increase the proportion of air and lock it inside the foam concrete.
