Once all of these quests have been finished, open the adventure tab. After that, press 'Lost Ark Gold.' Una will give daily tasks — these raise reputations. Reputation matters for this quest, as you need level 3 reputation to get the emote. While Una has different tasks that aren't daily, the daily ones will give reputation. There are three daily quests that you can do per day. Complete daily tasks until earning level 3 reputation. This will earn you the whistle emote.

Emotes are learned via books. Select the book in the inventory tab and read it. This will allow you to use the emote at any point. The whistle emote is good for rapport with other NPCs and valuable in certain quests. Besides all its story functional uses, it's a solid choice to use towards expressing yourself.

It intends to bridge the gap between the Korean and western versions of the Lost Ark MMORPG. The western version has usually suffered from frequent delays in receiving new content such as classes, PvP modes, and other improvements that are always introduced first in the Korean version.
